Utorrent bad

Fdm is alright but proprietary

Use qbittorrent for torrenting. It is foss too

It's gpl v2 or v3 depending how you download

tbh I’d only use either qbittorrent or transmission, nothing else

Transmission which is included by default in lot of Linux distros or Qbittorent. utorrent hasn't been good for years.

It's what I've always used, and it hasn't given me much trouble. The only annoying thing it does sometimes is get stuck at 0kb/s, but that's fixed by just pausing and unpausing the download. It supports magnet links natively as well and can auto-detect when you click on one to download.

On this same note I have been using PicoTorrent and have had a great experience with it. Not sure how it stacks up against others but it does what it says on the tin.
