If your IPS and the local authorities will not do anything if you download, upload and publish anything, what is the bare minimum of security measures you can do? Context: I live in Southamericas, here we have worse thing to deal with.

What someone can do with an IP?. I live somewhere in South Americas and almost every government but Chile don't do anything because they don't care or simply can't do a thing.

I think it can, it is not only Lemmy, but the whole Fedeverse backing them. But not sure.... we have the other backup though
