One thing for which I’m very grateful is that I have no hesitancy to provide feedback to my bosses. It’s almost a handicap in that I couldn’t easily hide my frustration at a place where I was dissatisfied. I speak up for my coworkers who I think are less comfortable being a squeaky wheel.
