Because it's more expensive, not because it's worse for the environment. Still a good step though. I hope they can phase out gas next, since it's arguably worse for ghg emissions. But it looks like it's massively ramping up not down.

We’ve replaced coal with “clean coal(tm)”! It’s totally different, trust us.
