Worked for me on Ubuntu. The instructions from amd is only tailored for one distribution. I think the easiest way to use it is trough docker. I don't want proprietary drivers conflict for my gaming.
Use steam, setup a desktop profile in settings while in desktop. https://docs.bazzite.gg/Handheld_and_HTPC_edition/Handheld_Wiki/ search for desktop controls.
I3, awesomewm, qtile or dwm since you're specifying xorg and window manager. Atleast you can use virtual desktops instead of alt-tabbing then.
Nice, those new display settings looked very good. Waiting until it's in my repo's, will be so happy when it comes.
Yes, most likely need to compile it yourself. Or the distros would need a v1,v2,v3,v4 version. Also you need to know the feature set of you cpu. Distros will probably compile with the lowest common denominator, since those are compatible largest range of cpu's. Cachyos does compile it's packages for v3 optimization, I don't think that needs avx512. So can definitely see some distros trying something out.
Oh yeah, I use juicessh, but there's also termius and termux for free.
Try to turn off 'fast boot' in bios and test again, should work.
You can start the restore/factory reset from the phone. But if you need iTunes after, then you probably have to run windows in a vm like qemu. Also might want to pass trough 'usb hub' to that wm. Wich if the usb controller share several ports you would want to use mouse and kb on different usb-controller.
He does not agree with the narrative that game prices needs to increase. With logical reasons like publishers doesn't compete at retail stores with physical media anymore. Instead of competing for views at game events, you have xbox-direct, nintendo-direct, and so on. Also brings up why inflation should not increase the price as much as it has, because of the very large increase of humans witch do buy games compared to 50€ mario in 1985.
Cachyos, since I like archlinux and the things it comes with I would install on arch. There's even a few things that would have to be compiled from aur that's in their repository pre-compiled.
Maybe i have been lucky?, I did replace a mini nvme-wifi adapter with a intel one that worked once.

Tried it in beta, had to use PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 %command% when I released that the mouse didn't stick into the game. Was just one game with that issue. Only proton-em and cachy-proton ship the wayland patches for that to work.
