Most drugs were scheduled to incriminate the lower income groups (i.e. mostly not white folks) They tried to ban alcohol once too. It didn't go very well. Marijuana is less addictive and far less destructive, plus anyone can grow it, it's like a fucking weed. Also, hops and Mary Jane are from the same family of plants.

Who can afford therapy? These people probably lost their houses not paying rent for a single month. They didn't ask for it, they couldn't. They were forced into the situation, and enjoyed it while they could.

That word is covering a lot of ground. Why would you let language be so ambiguous to you? What would you call 75%, and then how can you destinguish between the two if they are both "mostly"?

Just over half is mostly?

Again, Canada still has a problem managing their resources across the board. This issue is Alberta's, but the statement still holds water

[–] AlexLost@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago

It's still a true statement. I'm Canadian, and we are shit with our resource management

[–] AlexLost@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago (2 children)

And how does that counter anything in my statement?

This is how Israel likes to do a ceasefire. They follow the Russia playbook.
