Does anybody know an instance that federates with all(or almost all) other instances or simply has the lowest number of blocked instances? (programming.dev)
 

Hi. After discovering the connected instances list on my instance, I saw a huge list of blocked ones, which(as I assume) is unique for each instance. So, I started to wonder: is there an instance that federates with as much others as possible and has the smallest black list? Maybe some kind of an observer instance on which you can access as much of Fediverse as it is possible? Thanks in advance.
