I'm still scared every time I have to update something, so I try to avoid updates if possible.

Most of the time when I had to update Windows or some software, something would break (and no previous bug would be fixed) and I would have to spend a whole day trying to fix the stupid issue.

TBH, I don't even remember if an update ever fixed something for me (but it probably happened at least once).

Looks interesting, but it does have serious issues:

  1. Cannot change controls.
  2. Performance is bad. Lagging as hell.
  3. Missing textures:
  4. Sound does not work.

Every insteresting game I "bought" on Steam is backed up (including a crack if required).

Don't worry. That option was there as well.

However, depending on the website it may require your watch history before allowing you to login.

It reminds of this:

There were more options on the website, but I forgot the name of the website, and I cannot find it now... :(

The PC reboots multiple times and every time I have to type LUKS password. It's really annoying.

It would be nice if Fedora did that as well.

It would be nice if they could do the update with a single reboot. It is annoying to type LUKS password multiple times.

I though so as well. However, I don't even see anything similar to disabling (USB) devices like in Windows.

I have the keyboard plugged into a monitor and accessing the USB hub is seriously complicated, so that's not really an option for me.

But I could try locking the system. I just hope I won't lock myself out for few hours, because I have pressed Enter multiple times while cleaning it.

It would be nice if there was a button or some app that could temporarily disable the keyboard, so it could be cleaned without accidentally changing settings for a running app, writing your boss you are not coming to work on Monday, firing few nukes, or wiping your whole system.

Thanks. I did miss that one. I was looking for a "Add to this collection" button inside a selected collection.

However I'm not sure if this collection is visible only to a user that created it, or an admin has to create it and it is visible to everyone?

Hey guys,

I have created a few guides for editing save files for the Colony Ship game that I have been playing. It may be a little bit late after the release, but I still hope someone finds them useful.

Here is the website link: BiscuitGuides

I have been inspired by the original guide that I found on the Steam Community page and I wanted to say thank you and post the link there, but thanks to the Steam's nonsense restrictions I cannot do that. I would really appreciate if someone did that for me, so it could help more people.

Requirements:

  • Linux - Fedora (Android app is a plus if synchronization is supported)
  • Storing data locally or synchronizing through a Nextcloud
  • FOSS
