? I mean obviously there's the possibility of it being shopped but there's no sort order you could do where Borderlands, Dragon Age, and Team Fortress would all be up there mixed in to the Call of Duty players while still showing primarily Call of Duty in the middle of the list.

Judging by the name order it seems like it's just 1 page of online players and 16 pages of offline players? I would guess maybe it was taken way after the boycott but I dont know the full context.

Working for Xbox this list was so God damn funny. It's not just words like "shit" or "fuck" it's the various permutations someone might use to get around the filter too so you just see things like "hitler", "hiiiiiitler" "hitttttttler".

My 2024 Santa Fe is also up there on annoyingly bright headlights list. So many people flashing their brights at me before I'm forced to unleash Ark of the Covenant by flashing my actual brights back. Even the emergency flashers are so darn bright I feel like I can't use them at night when I'm unloading groceries because it fully illuminates the entire apartment building in front of me a block away. This can't be a necessary amount of lumens.

Disagree. It's just overused and poorly handled. If the story addresses the reasons why the child is neglected such as the father desperately trying to save his son or the future then it can make a good tragedy. Or, if the father was lost in his own work and probably shouldn't have had his child but that work consumed him then it can be fine as long as it's not framed as a good thing or that the child must forgive him for seemingly no reason.

The problem is media that screws this trope up and still expects you to forgive the father in the end. Oftentimes writers fail to address why the child couldn't just join as bonding, or the father is not doing something that important, or the father is just straight up a terrible person and then the writers expect you to turn around and forgive him.

Otherwise it's a great way to give the child character a prolific character to chase that they themselves don't know, or create a character torn between two worlds for better and for worse, or create a deadbeat dad character that may or may not be redeemable.

The pineapple pizza discussion always gets me with this. I worked for a pizza company in Portland, Oregon and one of the best foods I've ever eaten was a pizza with an oil base, mozzarella, gorgonzola, apple, walnut, and bacon. My partner's favorite was one they do with peach, brown sugar, and bacon. Off the top of my head theres: Cranberry chicken salad, teriyaki anything, honey ham/turkey/chicken nuggies.... BARBECUE. KETCHUP ON BURGERS/HOTDOGS. Meat and sweet together are not this weird foreign concept people pretend it to be.

If you're referring to the Wife's knife I think it's supposed to be a more of a santoku knife with a flat edge at the tip but it does look like it's just stabbed into her chest.

Yep, was gonna play Marathon until they just never bothered with Linux. Made a dual boot to try the free weekend and it was actually kind of interesting but not enough so that I want to restart my whole PC to play every time.

Apparently the anti-cheat they're using has even developed a Linux version in the time since Destiny 2 came out but they still opted to be Windows only.

"It drives up the quality by a mile". That's the point, you idiot. It drives every single manga good and bad's quality the exact same mile up the exact same road.

We want unique, creative visuals brought on by human touch and error, not generic generative slop that all promises to be a D+ to C- quality story because you let the damn slopbot drive your creative process for you instead of actually engaging with your own work and skills.
