For like 3 hours, it was glorious as my friend group wondered what part of the Cybertruck could have spontaneously combusted.

Then video came out and there's colorful lights and we still weren't sure.

It took a official report before we accepted it was a car bomb.

This is incredible.

Thanks for taking the time to take more screenshots.

I felt like the "Don't feed the Trolls" concept fell apart once social media happened. I remember it dying in the mySpace era and when Facebook came along, you can say "The earth is flat" and get a thousand comments

The Australian eSafety commissioner took the matter to the Federal Court after X Corp challenged a $610,500 fine in September 2023.

The fine stemmed from an infringement notice issued by eSafety because X Corp had not provided information about how it was meeting the basic online safety expectations in relation to child sexual exploitation and abuse material and activity on Twitter.

In a 30-second hearing at the Federal Court in Melbourne on Friday, Justice Michael Wheelahan dismissed the proceeding and order X Corp to pay eSafety’s legal costs.

There have been at least 50 school shootings in the United States so far this year, as of September 19. Thirteen were on college campuses, and 37 were on K-12 school grounds. The incidents left 24 people dead and at least 66 other victims injured, according to CNN’s analysis of events reported by the Gun Violence Archive, Education Week and Everytown for Gun Safety.

The lawsuit stems from an incident on December 29, 2023, when Manis was pulled over in Monroe County for allegedly having illegally tinted windows, a claim Manis denies.

According to the complaint, Manis was cooperative and respectful during the stop, and Trooper Riley Shreiner noted that there was no sign of intoxication or marijuana smell.

However, the situation escalated when Trooper William Yates-Matoy recognized Manis as the brother of someone he knew and insisted that Manis had marijuana in his car, despite no evidence. Yates-Matoy then accused Manis of being under the influence because his eyes were red, which Manis attributed to just waking up.

Republicans in Arizona over the past several years have enacted proof-of-citizenship requirements for registered voters with the purported goal of eliminating the threat of undocumented immigrants from voting.

However, Just Security reports that many of these same Republicans have been changing their tune recently after they discovered that the law would purge a large number of registered Republicans.

Overall, registered Republicans represented 37 percent of the voters affected by the glitch, while registered Democrats made up 27 percent and unaffiliated voters represented 29 percent.
