You can also choose to be a horse. I don't know how that fits the metaphor though...
You're absolutely correct, that was the wrong person. Let's try this one...
All thermometers are only as good as their calibration. There is nothing intrinsically better about mercury over alcohol, or electronic.
Please share your source that electric is unusable, when all first world hospitals use electronic exclusively. I have half a dozen aliexpress thermometers for home automation, they all track the temperature identically, they just need to be calibrated first, and once.
While your at it, what is wrong with alcohol based thermometers? They are built the same way, how could they be worse?
It's the second coming of Terry Davis!
Yup, happy. A 3 hour outage once in a blue moon really isnt a big deal. Especially when I pay $0.
I host a website for my partners business, and as I pointed out to them, while their website is down right now, so is everyone else's, so not really losing customers.

So how do you tell the difference?
I think its one of those spectrum things. Preference <---> Fetish.
If you are interested in the person as well as the attribute, its probably more on the preference end, but if all you care about is the attribute, that's when it strays into fetishisation?
Also matters how you express the preference. If your tinder profile says "women of colour only", thats gonna come across more creepy than if you left that out, and just matched with whoever you found attractive.
Are you familiar with carnival mirrors?
Cave man brain: Hot girl - > Click Profile - > crypto/horny singles/etc scam.
Doesn't have to work often, just often enough.
Dumb question, but is that pink line in a screenshot? Or did you add it in afterwards or take a well cropped photo?
And then went 10% larger, because true patriots can take it all.
