Edit: this was a joke, which was misinterpreted by the OP, out of respect I have removed it.

Probably, but raspi only has one interface, and USB network cards can be flakey. You'll also not get outstandingly fast speeds, so ifnyour on a fast fibre connection you'll struggle to hit the full speed.

"Testing"? The word they are looking for is "violating".

Very true. I'd like to beleive establishments are cutting people off and taking active steps to prevent drink driving, but thats definitely naive.

You can run an exit node on openwrt: https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/tor/extras

Depending on your country's laws, you may be on the hook for any content that is accessed via your network. So all the child porn, extremist content etc, thats all possibly on you.

Hacking risk is minimal, but every additional service you run on your router increases its attack surface.

Does steam really have frequent multiplayer downtime issues? I've never notice any issues, but I don't play a lot of multiplayer anymore.

Wouldn't it be more accurate to describe it as a brand new eye stimuli? There is no new color added to the spectrum, just a new way to get electrical signals to the brain?

I dunno that I would characterise System76 as a major vendor, they seem like a fairly small fish.

Congrats on getting it all working though, from my own experience multi-GPU setups can be a pain on Linux.
