Why does that need to be cloud storage at all? Off-line storage is the securest option, so you need a very good reason to want to put it online.
16 GB USBs are a few dollars each, buy a bunch, store duplicates across the USBs. Make sure you plug them in an use them once a month, and that will easily last you all year. And if you need to give it to your healthcare professional, just give them the USB.

This is a weak justification, but here is a strawman:
If a person is involved in a firey buscrash, it is helpful to the coroner to know what biological sex someone was born as to help with identification (different bone structures etc).
To tear that strawman down again, there is absolutely no reason that the drivers licence couldnt show their gender, and the authority could also track their sex in their system.
Of course, this is Florida, the answer is obvious, they are doing it to fuck over trans people....
I understand that not being able to change forms of ID can cause problems for trans people, but if I were trans, I would be terrified to out myself to the state of Florida. I feel for my brothers and sisters affected by this bullshit.

This group spams these letters out, I get them from time to time. It feels a bit scammy, but I can't say for certain that they are a scam. Probably just very aggressive marketing.
I have a 10kw battery, and unless you want to feel better than everyone else, I don't think it's worth it. With the battery you should expect your feed in rates to go to zero (increasing your bill), as you'll charge the battery during the day. If you can keep your usage under the battery capacity, your grid usage will be near zero. It's also potentially useful to be able to run your house on battery if you have a power outage, but that is an optional extra ($300).
I tried out Amber for Batteries, but it quickly became clear that there isn't really a way for it to be profitable. Usage is always ~20c higher than feed in, so you need to have a lot of battery capacity to ensure you don't run out and need to start pulling from the grid.
There really is no free lunch anymore, and solar and batteries don't strike me as being valuable investments anymore.
