Not really. The "fingerprint" is not one thing, it's many, e.g. what fonts are installed, what extensions are used, screen size, results of drawing on a canvas, etc... Most of this stuff is also in some way related to the regular operation of a website, so many of these can't be blocked.
You could maybe spoof all these things, but some websites may stop behaving correctly.
Raise the minimum wage, implement a single-payer universal healthcare system.

Slashing healthcare costs and putting more money in people's pockets are winning strategies, especially if you can call out Republicans on their bullshit messaging.
It's even more insidious:
- Lower prices to drive out all competition
- Become largest local employer
- Keep wages low, people don't have many other jobs to choose
- Everyone has to buy from you, and those working for you are stuck in their low-wage jobs
- Excessive profits
Looks like the handbook does explicitly mention it:

This article was amended on 14 September 2023 to add an update to the subheading. As the Guardian reported on 12 September 2023, following the publication of this article, Walter Isaacson retracted the claim in his biography of Elon Musk that the SpaceX CEO had secretly told engineers to switch off Starlink coverage of the Crimean coast.
IIRC Musk didn't switch it off, it wasn't turned on in the first place and Musk refused to turn it on when the Ukrainian military reqeusted it.
Musk is a shithead but not for this reason.
Paying hush money is allowed. Laundering money to conceal that you're paying hush money, violating campaign laws in the process, is not allowed.
... Are they? I've never had issues cleaning them at all.

While this is technically correct, when you say "we're switching the default branch name from master to main to be less culturally insensitive", you kind of imply that people who continue using master are culturally insensitive. And nobody likes being called that (generally), so it still feels like a ban to people.
