But right would also be wrong, because the torso is elongated instead of the neck.
I suppose a giraffe centaur would be considerably shorter than either of these images suggest.

I know people like to joke this, but there's plenty of "I use distro X because it works well with Nvidia gpus", "I had to use XYZ to make the drivers for my steering wheel work" and "I use software XYZ which doesn't quite work (fast enough) through Wine/Proton".
Windows entire shtick is that due to its market dominance, companies will make sure their product works with Windows, hence it's a very plug-and-play OS.
Sure, Windows does shit users don't always want or like. But it doesn't generally outright break things these days. And if it does, the instructions online on how to fix it are generally a bit easier to follow than those for Linux.
Linux being a bit harder to set up isn't really Linux' fault. And these days the chance that your distro outright works without tweaks is fairly high. But it's not at the same level as Windows is yet.
Resisting foreign tyranny, specifically. The US certainly doesn't have that identity anymore.
Sepa Direct Debits work in basically every SWIFT-connected country too, so that's most of the world.
The idea that A42(7) is stronger than A5 is not that broadly supported. A42(7)'s wording implies a stronger commitment to "assistence", whereas A5 seems to rely on states militarily retaliating when one of them is attacked, as if they themselves were attacked.
So even if A42(7) implies a greater obligation to assist, the kind of assistence is left nebulous, so there may not be an obligation to militarily assist. With A5, military assistance and the use of armed forces is explicitly mentioned, even if the exact length of the obligation to provide it is less clear.
Regardless, from these debates we have seen that most countries seem to believe that A5 should be used for military defence in case of a military attack, whereas A42(7) can be used for other types of attacks, e.g. terrorist attacks.
Remember there was a pretty big uproar when Greece merely suggested that they could invoke A42(7) against Turkey. So even if in theory you end up concluding that A42(7) is stronger, reality might disagree.
In the EU, the GDPR requires this actually.
It's not AI. The oldest version of this image is from May 11th 2020, and the first widespread text-to-image model DALL-E came out in January 2021. That makes this image too old to be AI-generated.
It also doesn't show any strange AI defects the early models had, in case you may think it's from a very early proprietary unreleased model or something.
Out of all nuclear-capable nations, France's nuclear doctrine is absolutely the most terrifying one.
Most nations maintain a second strike doctrine, e.g. they won't fire first but will immediately retaliate. Some states also allow themselves to strike in case of extreme threats, e.g. WMDs.
France allows itself to fire a nuke as a warning shot.
That's not entirely true. In order to be allowed to keep processing transactions you have to adhere to strict rules which do get regularly audited. And then there's the whole "customers will switch to another more reliable party in case of outages or security problems". And trust me, I've seen first-hand that they do.
It means "gossip about drama". "Spilling" the "tea" is talking about said gossip.
A lot of studies regarding penis length are self-reported. So basically subtract an inch from the results and you get a more accurate picture.
It's also why countries that censor genitals in porn report smaller penises than countries where the race of the local population is heavily fetishized wrt. supposed "big dicks". When actually measuring, all those differences become smaller than is statistically relevant.
