IMO it's fine to wear dark, but be aware that drivers will have a harder time seeing you and you should be careful crossing the street.
Just don't cross a road without looking and you should be good.

You could have a hired group of people to laugh at certain jokes in a theatre show? Would sound exactly like and have the same purpose as a laugh track. It'd be live and not recorded, but just as non-genuine as actual laughter from the audience.
You can download them manually if you want. Updated drivers is rarely that important for performance. Maybe for newer games, but not for 98% of what's already out there.
And they also mess things up occasionally. Like all those Minecraft performance mods that had to change how the game looked to the driver, because if it looked like Minecraft it'd tune itself and get worse performance instead of better.
Four more years for Carter so he can vote them out again?
LLMs work pretty well for narrowly-scoped questions like this.
I think you're being too pessimistic about IT security, particularly in the Financial sector. A lot of the security rules and audits aren't even government-run, it's the sector regulating itself. And trust me, they are pretty thorough and quite nitpicky about stuff.
The cost of failing an audit also often isn't even a fine, it's direct exclusion from a payment scheme. Basically, do it right or don't do it at all. Given that that is a strict requirement for staying in business, most of these companies will have sufficiently invested in IT security.
Of course it's not airtight, no system really is. But particularly in the financial sector most companies really do have their IT security in order.
Time to add some transparency to Jesus.
a blank nothingness isn't bad
That's a matter of opinion. The fact you cease to exist may very well be considered scary, even by atheists.
The scientific evidence supporting circumcision is actually fairly unconvincing. It's still invasive, medically unnecessary surgery, that kills ~100 babies every year. It's also proven that their brains are impacted by the procedure and show signs of PTSD.
Literally no other health board except American ones recommend circumcision. Canada, the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, all of these countries recommend strongly against circumcision as a therapeutic treatment, as far less invasive and much more effective options exist to achieve similar or far better health benefits. Even having basic hygiene and washing your penis erases any claimed health benefits from circumcision (which were already incredibly minor). It's literally only potentially beneficial if you don't observe basic hygiene.
It's also fairly unethical to make decisions regarding what is effectively mostly cosmetic surgery on a baby boy that can not consent to the procedure.
Literally almost every mammal evolved to have some kind of penile sheath. If it was truly detrimental to have a foreskin, it is highly unlikely that would have happened.
You solve the 'problem' of 'tyranny of the majority' by having a strong constitution and good rights and protections for minorities, not by switching to the indisputably worse option of 'tyranny of the minority'. Because that causes the exact same problem, but for even more people instead.
What about the raptor engine that's recursively nested inside a larger raptor engine?
