Campaign financing in general. If you get enough signatures you'll get a fixed amount of money from tax payers for your campaign. If you accept money from anyone else you're barred from public office for life. End of corruption right there.

Why is that an issue? I deploy local LLMs for work and none of the content they use or generate goes outside the encrypted active domain, so no security issues or privacy issues. The question is how contained the LLM is, that's all.

The level of corruption in police, prosecutors and politics is off the charts in Mexico. It's painful to watch and there's no easy way out.
