From what Ive read, people are having an issue with making working PayPal accounts to complete registration. If you can't use an alternative payment method for the sign-up process, this video seems to be much more recent, though its US focused.

Ironically this is the first time Ive seen your community in my feed. It does seem like activity was mostly you at the end but I hope the lurkers come out of the woodwork to search for a new home together. I liked your paint work btw!
