Went to a specialist who then explained in length that it's either something in my uterus or my head, no further examination needed. He then send my back to my regular doc with the diagnosis "eating disorder". Only after a few months I had an appointment with another doctor who DID an examination and found ulcers along with their cause: Gastritis

Sadly this was the start for a lot of other digestive issues but it's slowly getting better now.
