It is pretty polished to be daily driven. However you might miss some more features in settings and such if you're coming from something like KDE.

I have in my old laptop a dual boot setup of windows11 and zorin os. But I am interested in switching Zorin to OpenSUSE tumvleweed. How can I safely do it without losing the data?

Installed openSUSE tumbleweed in M1 MBP in UTM. Surprisingly did not face any issue. in c/linux@lemmy.ml

It is like Virtualbox only, but exclusively for apple silicon https://mac.getutm.app/

Ya perfectly, without any issues. Because the distro uses directly MBP's wifi ethernet style.
