I did know that US codes weren't standardised, partially because the video covers it - perhaps I should have phrased it as "a police code" to be more technically correct. Edit: or bothered to check the video so could have written "Philadelphia police code" - but then I would have missed out on your reply.

It's a subtle difference between that and path::exists().

• path::exists() == false might just mean you can't use it (if path::exists() cannot access a file due to e.g. permissions, it'll return false)
• fs::exists() == Ok(false) means it's definitely not there (permissions error will cause an Err to be returned)

News was reporting yesterday that there was an arrest warrant out for Volodymyr Z in Poland but that he just popped over the border back to Ukraine.

I guess it's the King's English now. I'm always careful to avoid spelling things the US way, because as a programmer there's some things (yup, like color) that I type more often in the US version than international English and muscle memory's a sticky bugger.

PLA's a bio-plastic that, while technically biodegradable, will only break down under very specific industrial composting conditions - we're talking heat above 55-70°C, and in the presence of microorganisms. It's a lot better than fossil-fuel plastics, but it's still not great.
