So when my doctor's office screwed up and made my appointments run hours late, they have given me local gas station gift cards ($10) so weird, but I didn't say no.

Lidocaine roll on liquid. You can find it at any pharmacy, or lidocaine/ salon pas patches. Also a tens unit is very helpful for pain disruption.
