It's closed source. But the dev said that maybe in the future it can be open sourced.

Sometimes it's just a visual glitch.

In the next time try to click in send and wait 2 to 3 minutes, then check the community (or click to see your posts in your account page) to see if the post is there.

Maybe the servers were slow at the time you tried?
