Ah but the capitalist has to sacrifice the short term and play the long game of not over harvesting. And nothing matters more to a capitalist than short term profit

Do you think they’ll accept the old “my dog ate my homework” trick

The cost is just the cost. If it doesn’t get built to Euston, the rest of HS2 is basically almost pointless

What's wrong with the library? Or their school?

I get the point but wasn’t this them staying at the property for a while, not just a place to revise? Can’t expect the kid to sleep over at school.

It is just very stupid politically from Starmer, he had to have known it would be found out and compared to the Tories. Surly he has the money to put him up in an Airbnb or something instead.

It is a crazy schedule for the top players, play in the league + often multiple domestic cup competitions + europa or champions league, then every 2 years in summer is a major tournament.

I can see some kind of game/minute limit coming in maybe, but that would be an advantage to the bigger clubs with better squad depth.

This has nothing to do with the article it’s self, but I absolutly hate GIFs as the thumbnail. I get that they do it for the attention, but if every site starts doing this, my feed will look awful.

I’m just happy to see some electric cars that aren’t SUVs or boxy crossovers. I hope more manufactures take their old hatchback style cars and make them electric, keeping the “old” physical buttons as well. Loved the look of the Honda e, but not so much the all touchscreen controls

Owner of 3 massive companies and still finds time to tweet 145 times. And Tesla’s board are trying to justify paying him ~$40 billion

I live in the Uk and fancied a holiday just going around Great Britain for a week by train and saw this was an option.

Just wondering if anyone has used it and was it worth the price vs booking each trip in advance.

Hate how the BBC always use passive voice for car crashes. No mention that a driver is at fault.

The Conservatives in Wales lose their last ditch attempt to stop the speed limit change from 30mph to 20mph. The change will be coming into force on the 17th September
