First of all, i want to say thats a huge task youre taking on and it sounds like youre doing one hell of a job at it! It sounds like you need a pay raise though, especially if you're still taking on some of the responsibilities that you're supposed to have. Another commenter said that it sounds like a data scientist role, although I think its more both data scientist and data engineering given that you have to consolidate data AND run analysis. Not saying that data scientists don't do any data consolidation work, but it sounds like its's a large part of your role right now.

For audio work, I use 4 programs: LMMS, yt-dlp, demucs, and audacity

My workflow usually goes yt-dlp to download audio/samples, then either audacity and demucs. Audacity I use for splicing the clips I need, and if its necessary, I use demucs to split stems either on the full song before splicing clips with audacity or splitting stems after getting the clips I want. I then use LMMS to sample and layer drums and other samples usually.

Does anyone know how to get a static IP for their server when their ISP doesn't allow it. I've found out how to use duckdns, but I want to set up my own DNS server from anywhere but I'm pretty sure it requires using a static IP.

LMMS and reaper are both goof options. I would recommend LMMS for a beginner because it comes with a lot of free instruments and examples bundled with it.
