A little stronger wording than I'd normally use, but fundamentally my opinion. Any religious person either is incapable of or does not care to base their actions and opinions on reality, and that proclivity will manifest in other aspects of their life.

It does increase productivity, given enough training, learning its advantages and limitations.

People keep saying this based on gut feeling, but the only study I've seen showed that even experienced devs that thought they were faster were actually slower.

Why bring race into it? Poor white people are natural allies in curtailing monied interests are much as anyone else. Driving wedges that aren't along class lines is only to the benefit of the rich.

To my knowledge upgrading to the newer release of any of those linux distros was not blocked by having only slightly old and perfectly serviceable hardware.
