Kamala Uses Teleprompter: She's dumb! She can barely speak full sentences and has a dumb laugh! Why would we want a president who can't even memorize a speech on her own? Kamala isn't fit to be president!
Trump Uses Teleprompter: I mean, he's just being smart, because with a teleprompter he can keep his thoughts in order. Plus, I didn't see any teleprompter anyway.

I commented on a post about how shitty misogyny is-- on a sub about shitty misogyny, and the post got brigaded by MRA chuds. So many comments were calling women slurs, grouping women together by saying women are all whores, you name it. Many were upvotes and allowed to stay.
I got permabanned for MY Comment the next day. I tried to appeal and it got denied. I didn't suggest violence or even harm. I didn't drag them. I just didn't say "Not all men."
Reddit bans are incredibly biased and I swear given out by right-wing incels. I'm trying to ween myself from Reddit. Lemmy is good because I'm not endlessly scrolling content. Hopefully the ban actually just gets me closer to being off social media.
Bro is definitely not supposed to be a Black dude. Lips are too small, he's not coal black, doesn't have crazy eyes, or isn't disheveled. Black people weren't drawn with as much dignity, not even allowed near schools-- at least enough to preach the Bible to a bunch of white kids.
The absolute fucking bias is just RIGHT there in all our faces. A Black woman can't do anything and have it be seen as professional or capable. A white dude could do the same exact thing and be perceived as a genius.

Completely this. Americans don't like letting other people have nice things. A vending machine would be vandalized, filled with glue as a TikTok prank, attempted to be stolen, and stop working within a few days.
Americans don't really give a shit about other people. We're more individualistic. You got yours? Good. Fuck everyone else. If we have to have protests and fundraising efforts to TRY to convince people to help others -- we got a long way to go.
