I got banned a few days ago because my account got hacked and spammed a bunch of NSFW posts, they said I broke rules and I appealed only for them to come back and say we reviewed and feel like a permaban is still needed. I appealed again and they finally changed it to a temp ban and sited I broke rule 2 which was spamming or fake posts yet I was the one who reported it to them. I remembered Lemmy from a post last year when the boycott US started and finally kicked my butt over here and I'm very happy I did.
