I much prefer the tap to collapse with a nice smooth animation like Jerboa but I can compromise in the meantime.

Apologies, I was just agreeing with the commenter above, I didn't mean to bring negativity to your project. My comment was more just an excuse to comment on Lemmy to get some engagement on the platform.
I completely agree. It's the bare minimum to include screenshots if you want people to be interested. If the barrier to see if I even like the look of the app is cloning and building the project then I'll probably just move on to an alternative.
I built my first SFFPC a few months ago. I went with the Phanteks Evolv Shift Air 2. Not the smallest but it's interesting looking and I got it extremely cheap.
It was a simple build and good intro into the SFFPC format.
The Fractal Terra ITX case looks amazing though as an retrospective alternative.
I've been using the Reolink Doorbell (POE) for the last few months. I use it with both local on board SD card recording and with Frigate. It's been perfect and the Home Assistant integration is awesome too.
I haven't tried the FTP feature but have with my other Reolink cameras and that worked as expected.
The Reolink subreddit /r/reolinkcam is great, an employee lurks there and is very helpful.
