We need to quit wasting time and resources on these type of shooters and bad people get them gone and let’s grow better as a civilization.

While I understand your position, I disagree. Instead of death, if we do our best to learn about these people and prevent further destruction we'll all be better off (if that means life imprisonment, then so be it). I'm sure there are plenty of criminologists willing to curate that knowledge.

If we learn more about them, then we gain the tools to grow better as a civilisation as you put it.

The question is just bad. "Tell me more about yourself" is like asking someone "what is music?" It's far too broad and difficult to answer.

"What do you do on the weekends?" is more specific and easier to answer.

I think it takes at least two reads. It was difficult the first time trying to keep track of everything in my head. I reckon its not worth feeling inferior about it and just give it a go. I recommend treating it like episodes.

Children of Hurin (the standalone book) is definitely worth a read once you have the context. The audiobook with Christopher Lee's narration is an excellent choice.

The last two were because Sony was storing personal data. This store made them a target.

Like the personal data they require when you sign up to PSN to play Helldivers 2.

If they don't collect data, they wouldn't be such a juicy target. So, yes, it is partly their own fault because they took the known risk of storing personal information.

They played with fire and got burned ... more than once.

The quotes I just used were from the New Testament.

Atheism is the belief that there are no deities. Atheists have a burden of proof of a negative. Only agnostics get the "not a belief system" card.

Fight me.

I don't understand the meme. Outdoor gyms exist. If you don't have one in your community then you need to talk to your local council.

the title of the video may seems a bit “clickbaity”

Mmmm, yes, this spade seems to be a spade.

The video is him arguing that augmented reality is the future.

The biggest issue is Lemmy shows old posts for too long on the front page
