Try and change how you feel about it. Instead of your daughter being an impediment to your chore, instead, you get to spend some quality time with her. Treat it like a daddy/daughter outing to look forward to. Stop and get yourselves a small treat so you're not hangry. Talk to her as you shop. Let her make a few small choices. Does she want carrot sticks or pepper strips for snack, white or orange cheese, red or green apples? Have her check things off your list, or just a pretend one, depending on her age.

Keeping her involved will keep her from being as much trouble and keep her entertained for longer. And you get to make nice memories with her instead of being annoyed.

And if things break down, grab the most important things first, and you can order the rest and try another day.

I believe there's a Dierks Bently song about this too, 5-1-5-0

Or avoid carts completely and get a dry herb vape. Then just add your flower, and it heats it to vaporizing temperature without combusting, no added chemicals at all.

Lots of options but I'd recommend an xmax v3 pro as a good starter one, usually under 100 Usd.

I liked star trek as a kid, so my dad would download me, I think usenet, messages from a boards discussing it. But he didn't want me overwhelmed, so maybe only 30 messages a day I could read after school, so I'd get random snippets of people arguing whether Kirk or Picard was better, or discussing the difference in klingons between the two series.

Infertility/miscarriage, menopause, loss of breasts or uterus to cancer, perhaps being unable to attract a partner or being 'friend zoned', trouble bonding with child maybe caused by ppd, loss of hair, accidently mistaken as being a man, failure at traditionally seen as women's work such as cooking or keeping a clean house

And I'm not sure effeminization is right. When I hear that, I think of a feminized male, not a defeminized female.
