I thought I was going crazy as my phone stopped updating after iOS 18. Then I learned that they are changing the version # to match the years. 😏

That’s interesting take on this. I never thought about meditation in this context. If I am able to meditate anytime it ends up being a list making session in my head

Are there any other measure to compare the growth? Growth in population alone does not seem like a proper metric… at least when used in isolation.
