I ran it and couldn't keep 30 FPS anywhere. All I did was set it to steam deck graphics preset and run.

Yeah, and ideally you would want it up high as well. Maybe like a hat or in the forehead.

I haven't messed with them a ton. I am running a mixture of medium and low settings and getting 35-40 FPS. Battery life is about an hour at full charge. It's playable and fun but hopefully they will have some optimizations eventually.

Works on Steam Deck with no tinkering. I think Linux support is good.

It has one gigantic feature missing, VR. I'm still playing DR 2.0 and won't buy WRC until it has feature parity.

This game is a lot of fun if you miss the old school Battlefield games. The graphics are low poly so you miss some of the "only in Battlefield" moments but the gameplay is less sweaty and I think that makes up for it.
