I want to set up a homeserver, however I currently don´t own any Hardware that I could use to install a Server on. What I do currently have is some spare time and my Laptop.

My Question is:

Can I setup the whole server enviroment in a VM on my Laptop and save it as some portable config? When I do have server hardware I just want to get it up and running quickly.

Weaving in at traffic ligths, aka lane splitting is significantly safer for the motorcyclist, since at a red traffic light the most probable accident is getting rear-ended, which is way deadlier for a motorcyclist.

0.7% of all miles travelled is still a pretty fucking large number, infact, according to these numbers 0.7% off all vehicle miles in 2022 was still was 224 Billion miles

They are.

For any built up area with appropriate signage, the urban speed limit gets applied.

Also a large chunk of the rural population is commuting by car, and has to change their (driving) habits, and changing habits takes effort.

Sure, good that AI companies take an L. The precedent this sets is dangerous, extrapolate it out and quoting song lyrics in a public forum could be illegal. Will it be enforced? Prolly not. Still stupid.
