Can confirm that this is a PhD thesis. The guy who made it was my professor when I was in college.

No, probably not. We just got the same card in the latest set, but without being legendary and in green. And while its not bad, it is also not very good. Wouldnt see play in older formats (except in combo decks like Amalia+Wildgrowth Walker) and is currently not seeing much play in Standard.
