Because I travel to more than one country, and I don't really feel like I need to specify which. But in case you are interested: Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and China are all countries I visit semi-regularly.

I they to buy from my local green grocer as much as possible, and try and get meat from the local butcher. Most of the time it's even cheaper! My little town doesn't have a good farmer's market, but that's a good option as well.
