Good. Love to see it.

Starve the beast. Don't pay your taxes either. Go to HR and change your tax withholding to tax exempt.

You'll catch fines eventually. But in the meantime your check will be a little bigger and you'll be denying tax funds to a fascist government.

If we ever get a sane government I'll pay those fines happily.

What's it mean if I never break eye contact and maintain a blank expression?

"Corporate Media"

Where's the confusion?

Objectively better by every metric as proven by every actual modern country in the Sol System. AND it's cheaper.

"Either way curious to see the stats"

Do you even hear yourself my guy?

That's the primary reason yes.

We don't tax corps. We used to. Taxed them 70-95% I can't remember the actual number.

But that's what built the industrial powerhouse that won the cold war. Those high taxes could only be written off by reinvesting into the business. Hiring more people. Raising wages. Buying new equipment. Those high tax rates are what made it all work.

Without those you get Gilded ages like what both proceeded and have followed them. Because capitalism eats itself without a strong government hand at the tiller. Protecting it from itself.

Well congrats to them I guess. The industry coordinated to recreate cable and its reviving the piracy that affordable streaming cut way down on back in the day.

Anyone else remember when the math came back and universal Healthcare would have saved the US like $11,000,000,000 every year or every 10 years or something.

Anyway, they chose not to do that because Citizens United made bribery legal. They did pass a republican Healthcare plan that didn't actually change anything. Just made it easier to pick who was gonna fuck you and how hard on a convenient website maintained by GovCo.
