This looks like it's an overall positive bill to me. If you read the bill itself (see the text here) it says individuals may request an envelope, and the wording does not state any type of requirement. The bill also will require 40 hours of police training on how to work with people with autism.
While it isn't perfect, education is a good thing - especially in a state where autistic people have been beaten by cops for not reacting the way cops expect.
I'd say my favorite venue is the gorge in Washington state (USA). The shows can vary, but the venue is amazing. 
I've had great luck with Levi's. I've bought a couple pairs that have lasted 3+ years of heavy use and I've managed to thrift a few more pairs that have held up well
Mold and bacteria can grow in it within a day or two, even if it's not visible. I hand wash mine once every week or two. I also sanitize it regularly by pouring boiling water in the tumbler (it's metal) when I make tea, then leaving the hot water in for about 10 minutes.
Many ISPs run a Google cache server which caches a lot of Google-specific data local to your internet provider. This would mean that there's a much shorter path between your home connection and the cached data, but non-cached data would be retrieved externally. This would be done either via a reverse proxy (for public access via a domain you own, ex: service1.reticulatedpasta.com), or via a local DNS server if only being accessed via LAN without a signed SSL cert. For a reverse proxy, I use caddy which also manages SSL certs.

Yes, this is fully opt-in. You have to manually choose images and submit them if you'd like to use them as training data.
True, though they're also the poorest. Most of the healthiest states here are also the wealthiest in the country. Im not saying there's no correlation between conservatism and health, just that I suspect wealth is playing a larger part in this data.
I've tried both LXCs and VMs, and I'm now in the process of migrating from an LXC to a VM for my docker containers. The biggest reason I'm migrating is security - you shouldn't run privileged LXCs in proxmox, and there are some features (gpu pass-through) I couldn't run in an LXC without it being privileged. I still run other non-docker services in LXCs wherever possible though.
I think we'll need sources for this, it seems pretty subjective
