Not really. It's more similar to if the webserver was connected to the internet through a VPN with it's HTTP(S) port forwarded through the VPN. You connect to the VPN's IP address, which forwards to the webserver's IP which stays hidden. And you yourself are also connected to the internet through a (separate) VPN. Now, instead of a VPN connection, both you and the webserver are connected to the internet through Tor circuits.

When a regular website is visited through Tor Browser, Tor protects/anonymizes you as a user. If a website is hosted at an onion address, the web server is also protected by Tor, the same way as you are.

Jeg har svært ved at forestille mig andet, men man ved sgu aldrig med kommunen. Der har været en del ustabilitet og udskiftning blandt mine hjælpere, hvilket var grunden til at kommunen brokkede sig, men denne gang har jeg et noget bedre udgangspunkt og et noget mere stabilt hjælperteam. Fred ville jeg ønske jeg kunne sige, men at have en BPA er desværre en evig kamp med kommunen pga. løbende opfølgninger/revurderinger, og de har sagt at de bare venter på Ankestyrelsens afgørelse for at påbegynde en ny opfølgning. Så jeg sidder og mentalt forbereder mig på runde to.

I'd say container platforms/serverless hosting. The boat element (container ship) represents Docker/containers, and the car element represents the fact that, in the end everything is still reliant on physical servers, so it's not really serverless per se.
