I'm doing the same, and I gotta say, I'm really liking the small differences in the UI on both android and desktop.

The popup menu on Android is way better.

The customization for the tabs/highlights on desktop are great.

Subtle differences, but I appreciate the options nonetheless.

I have a friend in IT who spent a couple hours researching Windows 10 LTSC and then installing it, running the masgrave script, then running all the debloat scripts... instead of just installing Bazzite or CachyOS because "I don't want to have to use the command line for everything".

And then we (Linux users in general) get called elitists for trying to educate them 😂.

I'm experiencing the same both on the website and using Jerboa like @Scoopta mentioned.

Edit: Noticed that they're taking donations now (they weren't a few months ago). Decided to throw a few dollars a month to help out. I encourage everyone to do the same 🙂

I tried a few distros this year. Landed on vanilla arch using KDE Plasma. Love it so far. Unfortunately I do some hobbyist stuff with Fusion 360 and my friends and I started playing PUBG again so i need to boot into my windows partition for those.

~~People were saying that might have been Valve just covering themselves from potential lawsuits. We'll just have to see if it's reverted.~~

Nope nevermind, I was hopeful it was good guy Steam but it was in fact Sony. Fuck Sony. Will never buy another Sony game.

And Linux fanboys will get up on their high horses while googling how to fix their driver issues.

This is such a great idea. I will definitely be doing this next year!

This is the advice I always give people. You have to have some small goal in mind. Learn the basics of the language how to get started and then just start programming. When you run into a problem, Google it. As you work through the problems, you'll learn how to handle them going forward (for the most part).
