New Characters

Phainon, a 5 Star Physical char following the path of Destruction

Archer, a 5 Star Quantum char following the path of the Hunt. He will be free and his light cone could get obtained after using 200 Special passes during 3.4 patch.

The Fate Collab start on 11th July as well as the banner.

Other:

• new Planar sets, now clue what they do so far
• Kafka, Blade, Silver Wolf and Jingliu get buffs
• Firefly get a paid only outfit
• the fate collab will have an event in penacony including Saber, Archer and Lancer
• new battle pass light cones

Yes she is a very popular char and the outfit looks fine, but why.... We don't see it in battle. And it cost money, when i look at the expensive outfits on genshin impact, it's not worth it for me.

Silver Wolf

• Ultimate lowers the DEF of all enemies now, so no more single-target only,
• Skill will have an increased base chance to implant the Weakness,
• Skill will prioritize implanting the Weakness matching the first character in the team,
• Silver Wolf will regenerate energy at the start of the battle and each of her turns (20/5).
• Silver Wolf Eidolons have also been buffed, both her E2 and E4.

Kafka

• Skill will trigger DoT on all enemies now, not just the main target,
• Talent will allow Kafka to use more FUA now, and the FUA will instantly trigger the DoT on the target,
• A2 Trace has been revamped and now it provides 100% ATK to an ally if they have above 75% Effect Hit Rate.

Blade

• Blade’s damage will fully scale off his own Max HP now.
• The FUA triggered via the talent will additionally restore 15 Energy,
• After using Skill, Blade will have an increased chance of getting hit.

Jingliu

• Jingliu will also fully scale off her own Max HP now,
• When an ally’s HP is reduced, Jingliu’s CRIT DMG increases, and she gains a stack of Syzygy,
• After entering Spectral Transmigration, the max Syzygy stack limit will increase, and Jingliu will get a stack of Syzygy,
• At max Syzygy stacks, Jingliu will ignore 25% of enemy DEF.
