By participating in this election, Americans could have stopped the rise of fascism for four more years by filling out a piece of paper with a pen.
It is. There are 340 million people in the US. 70 million and counting voted for Trump. 270 million people is greater than 70 million. And odds are fascists are still the minority in that group.
The number one issue polled for Republican voters was the economy. People bought the Fox News bullshit and now the economy is going to crash because of Trump's policies. Musk said as much.

It's important to remember there are 340 million people in the US. Only 70 million, counted so far, voted for Trump. Of those 70 million people, many of them will also be targeted by the fascists, who make up a minority of that group. We outnumber the fascists. We do a disservice to ourselves and others by making it seem otherwise.
The number one polled issue for Republican voters was the economy. They got duped by Fox fucking News. Jokes on them when the Republicans inevitably tank the economy.
The real question is will the mass deportations or the tariffs do it first. Hopefully the tariffs. If we're going to be dysfunctional as a country, we might as well do it before making camps.
There's going to be a lot of that. It's important to remember no one deserves fascism and there is nothing anyone can do to deserve fascism. So even though some of these people, whose faces will be eaten, voted for fascists, they can one day still become allies.

It doesn't matter. We're in this situation now. It's time to stop using moral reasoning to solve problems. Analyze strategies based on how useful they are to advance a goal. Lashing out at everyone isn't useful. Organizing with them is.
The fascists are the ones to want to kill everyone. So those are the people who we must organize against and defend ourselves from. Lashing out at nonvoters isn't useful.
