That's too bad. They should be engaging in a revolution against Putin, not driving around to their jobs.

The same with Americans.

Enough already. If you're Russian and you're posting anything online which isn't you shooting at Russian troops, you have too much luxury in your life and you can fuck right off.

I actually am hoping more for a Khaddafi or Mussolini type of death. I want a huge mob with "rude implements" in their hands to bludgeon him to death on the steps of the Senate. I would consider that to be most appropriate. Equally appropriate would then be mobs hunting down his administration, enablers, donors, influencers, and some followers. Make it brutal, crude, painful, and bloody. Make the memory of it last two thousand years. Make it so crushingly final that the rest of his idiotic followers will weep for their fallen God in the throes of oppression which follows for all those generations.

And I haven't even yet begun to express my utter revulsion and loathing for him and his followers.

I have been pondering very heavily my public commentary response since learning about the planning of this event. I ponder it with the weight of history and, more importantly, the legality of what I would write. Cheerfully, I live in France - a free country with a well known history of deposing a king in a brutal, violent, and public way just mere minutes on the metro from where I happen to live.

But that is history. Of course, I highly doubt that les forces de l'ordre would ever turn me over to any prosecutorial power for what I have to say about my desire for the fate of the current occupant of the White House, but a platform even as liberal as this might still have to consider it's own legal standing in regards to what one might wish to publicly write.

I therefore continue to be at an impasse.

In Rome, and other empires, when an Emperor was this egregiously bad, they would not only forcibly depose him, but also tear down all of his statues, works, scratch out his name from documents and dedications, and consign his memory to the garbage bin of history.

For all of their faults, they appeared to have far more courage than our current populations.

I completely removed myself from Amazon since a few years and I couldn't be happier. Everyone should do this.

I've never used Plex, but I have my own server at Hetzner with large drives and I love my Jellyfin server. I use it every day for shows, movies, and tons of music at home, in the metro, and walking around town and traveling. I've never had a problem with it. Honestly, it's fantastic.

I really hate how Republicans are portrayed by the Elephant. I wish we could saddle them with another mascot. I know that the Elephant is their official symbol, but I don't care. Elephants are intelligent, sensitive, kind, and even helpful creatures who would never be Republicans. 😕

This just warms my heart. 😃👍 Ahhh...if only he stole even more of their money. And then they'd end up on the street, he'd be finally impeached, and then imprisoned, and those idiots might get back 5% of the money they lost, so they'd still be screwed.

Not exactly. If I were to tell you that I believe in creationism and that the world is 6000 years old, but that it means what you think evolution and cosmology mean and that I'm just using different words, you probably still wouldn't want me teaching your kids in school about science.

Or, at least, I would hope not.

This from the people who elected a notorious pedophile, "thinking" that he would find the real pedophiles.

In past administrations, I would have defaulted to the position that there may be valid reasons to deny entry to a group of scholars from China, given China's history with spies in the USA. Now, however, I can't trust this administration at all, so I'm likely to side with the scholars until evidence is given for me to do the contrary.
