Depends on the time of the year. For my vacation in July, I went to two museums I've been wanting to visit for ages and went to the waterpark I haven't been at in over 10 years, but I also had days where I didn't leave my home.

The apartment faces East and West, so as long as the kitchen window is cracked open, the air moves, not even a closed door stops it, it just travels through the small gap at the bottom. Nearly knocked me down once with how strong the gust got.

Yeah, the numbers sound about right, though I do travel with two public transports to get to and from work, so the walk and wait does add about 10 min on average.
I just keep my window open. Unless it rains, then it's closed.
