Individually. If the app requires a DB, I put it in the compose file. This simplifies both backups and migrations. My tooling for backups has a pre and post script I can customize on a per app basis so I just have the pre do whatever *dump for that DB and the post clean it up (backup takes a tar of the folder).

I happened to be able to see the 2017 one and it was so impactful I saved the date and made sure I'd make it happen. Cut forward 7 years and here I am with most of my immediate family (I have 6 siblings so having most is impressive).

In my opinion, I think that properly done AI assisted doctors are a good thing. Doctors have to keep track of so much stuff that is constantly changing, just to make a diagnosis. AI guidance can and will help.

Same (re: mind ~~dog~~ fog), unfortunately for me treatment hasn't helped. But I've also discovered CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) as another route to investigate.

I use Readarr, it's an automation tool such as Sonarr and Radarr. You don't necessarily need to use it to do the download portion and could only use it for sorting / folder structure, but that might be overkill.

I imported all my Audible audio books (I used OpenAudible to download them) without much issue.
