GT:NH meaning Gregtech: New Horizons, best/worst modpack I ever played. I progress super slowly, I'm still at tech tier 3 out of 10 or so after more than a year of on and off play.

Gregtech: New Horizons
Technically a modpack rather than a mod though. I love grinding through technological advancements.
