Sucks to be US troops stationed in the Middle East during the temper tantrums. They now have longer and much more expensive logistics supply. Supply that is about to get throttled due to rising Jet fuel and strained due to lack of US Naval investment in merchant Marines.

This doesn't read exactly friendly or sympathetic to the Jewish refugees other than it gives them a nation to be deported to. This doesn't exactly read like a Jewish diaspora lead document.
