Ah I think I see what you're going with here. Try turning on "deck" mode shown in the same picture above. That'll place all apps on the home screen and disable the drawer completely. Bypasses the need for automatically adding new apps too

As discussed on the attached patch, it doesn't sound like unified push is a direction we want to go in at the moment. Glad it's working! For the future, you might want to put ventoy on your singular USB. You can then put different ISOs on it, so you can have windows and Linux recovery on one keychain. Has saved my ass a number of times!

Your Linux install may be using the same EFI partition as your Windows disk, even though the filesystem is on another drive. Most installers prefer existing EFI partitions. You may have to modify your fstab file to use an EFI partition on your Linux drive instead, in which case they should remain separate and not mess with each other again.

If you don't want to buy a domain you can try a reverse DNS lookup, your ISP may already give you one. Mine was C-XX-XX-XX-XX.hsd1.pa.comcast.net and I could get a let's encrypt certificate with that. I did end up buying a domain but it was good for personal use

Do they need that experience? Having had both experiences I do agree it's much easier now. Even if your only experience is recent, if someone says they stopped because of how hard it was it's valid to say how hard it isn't any longer

I'd say so, I bought them separately for ~$80 using my remaining credit from my 7 pro preorder. I've seen a lot of people say the noise cancelling leaves a lot to be desired, but for me it's right where it needs to be. It's not going to fully cancel out sounds, but it'll tone everything wayyy down, with only a bit coming through. It doesn't give me that weird pressure feeling in my ears like other ANC does.

The sound quality is also great! Obv not the best compared to a wired pair but realistically you're not going to notice a difference if you're listening on Spotify anyway.

I've used them for a few hours at a time and not had them die on me, so honestly I'm not 1000% sure how long they'll last. Either way it's good enough for me

I've never had much luck with the consumer level canon printers, absolute pieces of shit. I used to sell printers and would steer people towards brother or Epson. However last I saw, canon did still have printers that could be used entirely offline.
