I said my needs. I was just sharing. Hardly understanding your normal use case of 10-50 users on a same kdbx. The best you could do is having multiple kdbx, fro subgroups of users. Since not everyone should have the master password to all those kdbx... But I am sure that if those were my needs I'd jump to vaultwarden too. That's why I specifically added the disclaimer sentences on my post. I didn't mean to rob vaultwarden of its value. Just pointed out the tradeoff. Your comments adds on to those tradeoffs, they're just different solutions with different pros and cons. Same as using any open source app. Actually, less (you're only giving access to some paths, gpus, and listening on a port). You should use 127.0.0.1:xxx:yyy so that it's not attached to all available ip addresses (0.0.0.0 is implicit)

Same, it's super simple with Docker and you don't even need to fiddle with ports or anything. I should probably try running it at my work PC now that I think of it.. Anyway, duckduckgo has been good to me for all these years.

For code, being old is not always bad. Take for example some Unix commands, like copying files between servers using the ssh protocol. That hasn't changed in 50 or more years. So, if there're API endpoints in both apps, setting a cronjob would let you monitor every minute if you're streaming, and then do the switch. Or, even better, you may be able to have a hook/ trigger design pattern. Can you link to the scripts? Have you tested them at all?
