I’m imagining some kind of massive modified radio tower devoted to supplying wifi to a building directly below

Usually because the owners thought they could temporarily own an animal and then when they didn’t feel like being responsible for that animal they just release it into the world to survive. “They’re animals, they’ll thrive in the wild,” they say.

It asks questions for both self-hosted on your own hardware as well as hosted in the cloud, I’m a little confused why everyone thinks all the questions must be applicable. It’s a survey about self-hosting. I happened to have cloud and local hosting answers, and it seemed like if I only used cloud there were suitable answers for that. Maybe I missed something?

I feel like the latter conclusion isn’t entirely true. If this is other countries’ exposure to political discourse, you should be concerned about the generations to follow, if we even make it that long as a species.

I don’t think it needs to replace the OG at all, I think it should bring the OG into modern day and rather than pad the story with explanation, just expand on what was already in the original. The expanded dynamics between Jessie and Cloud, or Tifa and Cloud, or Aerith and Cloud… (is this a harem anime?) actually felt a bit more inline with what I was hoping from the remake. The extra stuff that adds elements that were never in the original felt a bit like retcons, even though the remake might as well be a sequel if the prevailing theories prove to be correct.

What’s funny is that one reading on a person could be wildly different than the next. If all it is reading is minute charges on a person’s skin, you could just change locations and drastically impact the readings.

Of course, this is why “highly trained professionals” perform these “audits”

Jeff Buckley’s Grace is one of my favorites, but Eternal Life is always kind of a drag imho. It has the makings of a good song but very unlike the rest of the tracks on the album it doesn’t feel quite complete.
